Classes at La Scuola di Eataly are taught by Scuola Chefs — Eataly’s in-house culinary experts who specialize in Italian cuisine and traditions. In some classes, especially beverage or pairing-focused ones, Beverage Experts or Cheesemongers may lead the session. Occasionally, guest chefs or regional partners are featured for special editions.
